The mechanics and service department need communication with one another on knowing length of service time . Making an appointment time mean nothing to completed time. I scheduled my oil change appointment and showed up and they took my car. I was there for an oil change, which took nearly 2.5 hours. This wouldn’t have been a problem most days, however, I had an appoin they took my car. I was there for an oil change, which took nearly 2.5 hours. This wouldn’t have been a problem most days, however, I had an appointment that I missed due to this. When I asked how much longer, they said 30 minutes, and another hour later it still wasn’t done. The gentleman was not helpful and when I presented to pay, he didn’t even take my coupon. It was a rough experience More
