Terrible experience coming to this dealership more than 5 times since i got my Forte GT back in April of 2022. Service department terrible. My headlight is completely damaged and they refuse to replace times since i got my Forte GT back in April of 2022. Service department terrible. My headlight is completely damaged and they refuse to replace it even though they’ve “inspected” it about 3 times and nothing has come out of it. Steve and Josh from the service department are especially the ones that have made this problem even worse. They’ve been useless the whole way through. Anything from forgetting I had an appointment to taking 7 hours to remove moisture from a headlight. And also they promise to call back and man they never do. But overall just terrible communication and customer service especially from the 2 men I mentioned before STEVE SANCHEZ and JOSH. More
I was told my engine would be covered by warranty by the service rep Jake I was already on the SECOND part of the Trail, they kept my car over night. The following day I was called by the service rep tellin service rep Jake I was already on the SECOND part of the Trail, they kept my car over night. The following day I was called by the service rep telling me he made a mistake and it was NOT going to be covered under warranty because we were passed 60,000 miles. Mind you I've had this issue with my engine since 55,000 and to even get to the second part of the Trail you have to drive 1,000 sooo keep running the miles up just to get told I made a mistake. Then was told I can just wait until my engine seizes up so it can be covered by warranty mind you I'm 5 months pregnant and to wait until engine seizes is extremely dangerous. When asked to speak to the manger I was told the manger was "out of town" and he was going to see what he can do for me once the manger got back. Monday came around no response, When I came to speak to the manger he was out so then Josh came and said he was also a manager and was told by him my problem isn't with the service rep that took care of me and made a "mistake" my problem is with Kia itself. More

I always have amazing customer service when I go to Coral Springs Kia to get my car serviced. My service advisor was Gianmikael Loyola. He was so friendly and helpful during my short visit to the service cen Springs Kia to get my car serviced. My service advisor was Gianmikael Loyola. He was so friendly and helpful during my short visit to the service center today. When they took my car for service at around 11:00, he said it would be done by 1:00. I was really surprised to get a phone call at noon that it was already done. I highly recommend Coral Springs Kia. More
