The experience started out nice, very clean and welcoming. However, once I left my car there was ZERO communication. I had to call 4 times and wait on hold for over 15 mins each time In an attempt welcoming. However, once I left my car there was ZERO communication. I had to call 4 times and wait on hold for over 15 mins each time In an attempt to get through to further service (was showing pending approval in the ap). It showed pending approval for hours until I finally got through to the service rep at 3 pm (I dropped off at 8 am with a prearranged appointment 2 weeks in advance). When I arrived to pick up the car I still had to wait for over an hour. More
