The Finance Manager continually blamed the foreign Korean Kia for the many times the contract was either rejected or needed to be redone. Thankfully we were able to, during a third amendment to the contract Kia for the many times the contract was either rejected or needed to be redone. Thankfully we were able to, during a third amendment to the contract, have him REMOVE A CHARGE for oil changes car washes and some other nonsense I never agreed to thereby racing my car payment by around $50 or $60 a month. Having this type of misleading dealership fee is complete nonsense and I will be more cognizant of the intentional ripping off that occurs. More

I brought my 2020 Kia Sorento in because the electrical system was lighting up . Mike Puglisi, the Service Consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Since the work would take approximately a few hours they gave me a voucher for a free breakfast which was very nice. The people at the dealership are very friendly and helpful. His thorough knowledge of Kia’s makes one feel at ease and his friendly demeanor makes you want to return to Coral Springs Auto Mall. More
