My experience in trading a 2015 Altima Special Edition and upgrading to a 2019 ES 350 F Sport was made a real pleasure with the staff of true gentlemen at Coral Springs Kia and the collaboration of Coral and upgrading to a 2019 ES 350 F Sport was made a real pleasure with the staff of true gentlemen at Coral Springs Kia and the collaboration of Coral Springs Nissan. I must have had one of the best salespersons I've ever worked with in Locksley from Nissan, who helped me find a suitable upgrade, regardless of if it was through Nissan or the Coral Springs Kia dealership. His intentions were clearly toward consummate high quality customer service and experience and not his own agenda as many salespeople are known to do, especially where commissions are involved.. The exchange did not feel like I was buying a 'pre-owned' vehicle because I did not have a 'typical' experience usually associated with buying a 'used' car. From Nico, Israel, Martin, and Locksley (leadership, finance, insurance, and sales), I was treated like a customer buying a new car. Lots of attention paid to details and my time was treated as valuable by everyone I came in contact with. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of as a lady handling this transaction without a man to assist me. The entire staff of other unnamed gentlemen were extremely pleasant, attentive, helpful, and professional throughout the hours I was there to select and finish paperwork before driving off the lot a very satisfied customer!
