USES VETERANS & MILITARY TO BAIT & SWITCH CAR BUYERS! I called about an advertised car with an advertised special lease. 3 of 3 times I called asking for the Internet sales manager, Gary, as BUYERS! I called about an advertised car with an advertised special lease. 3 of 3 times I called asking for the Internet sales manager, Gary, as the ad directed, each time I was not connected to him. Each time I asked specifically what my due at signing would be & If there are ANY hidden terms. Even when the Internet sales-manager, Gary, did call me, I was not given any other information. I asked my sister to sign for me, she gave all the credit info, she was approved and then I was told that this special lease-offer required me to be a recent college grad, (within 2 yrs), AND a member of the military! Suddenly the lease exploded in price. I would be required to add thousands in deposit or double my payment. Its disgusting that I asked specific questions many times but only when I was ready to go get my car was the true cost to me revealed by Gary, the internet sales-manager. I was told that it says in fine print the buyer must qualify for any incentives. I explained that I called specifically about that and that info was not shared until after credit was approved. Its exactly the shady car salesmen stereotype. The ad does not celebrate the incentive to VETERANS rather it uses it to bait people hoping that at the final minute they will suffer the added cost rather than starting the car search over. Please do not support this dealership whose tactics are designed to take advantage of the customer. More

Greshford "Greshie",made my frind and I feel so welcomed when we arrived, he walked over to meet us and greeted us with a warm smile. As anyone knows, purchasing a car can be a very stressful proce welcomed when we arrived, he walked over to meet us and greeted us with a warm smile. As anyone knows, purchasing a car can be a very stressful process, let alone buying your first car. He was knowledgeable, gave sound advice and walked this apprentice through the entire process. The service did not stop there, when it came time to seal the deal, management, was the same, friendly and service oriented. Financing, the top notch service continued, the waiting areas comfortable, ammentities (coffee,tea etc.), were offered. Overall experience was just great, I felt no pressure at all to make a committment. So if you are looking to buy a car, go to Coral Springs Auto Mall and ask for Greshie in KIA Sales, not interested in a KIA, that's fine, he is authorized to sell any of the brands on the lot. Very bad experience with Coral Springs Kia through Mike, their internet sales manager (with Glenn). He totally lied--a bait and switch. He committed to a fixed price for the color and model of Soul we wanted, even if they had to get it from another local dealer, so we went there and they would not honor the commitment. They tried to switch us on the color, then more money. He even admitted that he told us what I am claiming but blamed it on his boss. This behavior is not at all acceptable and makes internet shopping seem useless and suspect for this dealer and the industry. We would not recommend this dealer as they were totally dishonest and manipulative, wasting several hours of our time and efforts. More
Just steped out of this joke of dealer. Had a WRITTEN Deal that was approved by a manager, spent about 5 hours waiting. Part of the WRITTEN Deal included some extras. After signing all papers and moving all the stuff from my old car to the new car they, the"sales manager"; decided not to honor the deal due to a "missunderstanding" on the Written agreement Really!??. Talked with General Manager which was a waste of time as well thinking they care about the customer.. Ha Wrong! . THIRD Time I tried to do business with Coral Springs Automall and all three bad expieriences Do not waste your time on this trashy place Very POOR SERVICE, LACK OF SERIOUSNESS, DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. This was my first time financing a car and found it real easy to haggle and used the many times they lost important paperwork to my advantage. Since I had already decided on the make and model I was going to get, I was just looking at what dealer I could use to my advantage and CS Automall was definitely it. More
