Great buying experience for a first time buyer I really enjoyed buying a car from Coral Springs Kia. My salesman, Andrew London, was very friendly, and knew the right things to point out about the I really enjoyed buying a car from Coral Springs Kia. My salesman, Andrew London, was very friendly, and knew the right things to point out about the Optima which I was interested in. He and everyone else was very honest about price, and about my ability to refinance after a few months of timely payments to lower my finance charges. There was no tint on the car I picked so Andrew gave me a voucher to come in the next day and get it put on at no additional cost. Everything from the test drive to trading in my old truck was a very nice experience. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market. More

LEASING AN OPTIMA I JUST LEASED AN 2015 OPTIMA THE SALES TEAMS WAS EXCELLANT AND WENT BEYOND TO OBTAIN MY BUSINESS....AND THEY DID! THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THEY TO I JUST LEASED AN 2015 OPTIMA THE SALES TEAMS WAS EXCELLANT AND WENT BEYOND TO OBTAIN MY BUSINESS....AND THEY DID! THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THEY TOOK OVER 3 HOURS TO "PREPARE AND WAX MY CAR" AND IT IS DIRTY. THE WINDOWS ARE STRAKED AND THE DIRT DRIPS AND ALL OVER. I HAD TO GO HOME AND CLEAN THE CAR MYSELF. OTHERWISE THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. More
