My new car has dents on hood. Not happy. I called the day after I noticed the dents and spoke with juluian who contacted Petri Who denied that the dents were there. This car came from the show room I purchased it at night in the rain I was told to come in with an appointment for detail they did not have me scheduled I was told the next day I would be contacted in the morning for the hood dents to be repaired I still have not been contacted by Petri Or anyone From Coral Springs Kia regarding the dents on my hood of my brand new car. More

My lease of a KIA Optima was nearing its end and I was in the market for a new car and looking to avoid the stress and annoyance of dealing with peopl My lease of a KIA Optima was nearing its end and I was in the market for a new car and looking to avoid the stress and annoyance of dealing with people that really didn't care how I made out on any deal. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and stress free it was to deal with Coral Springs KIA, especially Jose Rivera and Miguel Farinas. Jose was very positive, polite and patient as he maintained contact with me consistently as I was still doing my own research into cars and dealers. He was very honest and told me he was new at car sales and that he worked with an incredible team. When I arrived, he greeted me and explained their process and introduced me to Miguel Farinas who is a 15 year career sales professional at Coral Springs KIA. This was great because I now had someone who was very knowledgeable and experienced. He helped us find the car we wanted and made the process smooth and effortless.
