A great car, with a not so great experience.. I had previously leased my car with Coral Springs Kia. I grew up living in Coral Springs, so when I needed a car, it was an easy choice. Once my lease I had previously leased my car with Coral Springs Kia. I grew up living in Coral Springs, so when I needed a car, it was an easy choice. Once my lease was about to mature, I began receiving multiple phone calls. I am talking about four a week. All leaving voicemails about how I can trade in my old car for a new one. This is beyond annoying, but I get it, they need to make a living. Finally, as I was ready to make a transition, I made an appointment with a car sales person. She was very cordial and friendly and after we worked out a time that worked for us both, the sales person told me she would send me an email confirmation with all the details about the appointment. She never did. In fact I had to reach out and inquire about our appointment and if it was still happening. I received MULTIPLE emails from different people confirming the appointment. So I finally have the appointment set and we move to the day of this appointment. We had set a time for 11am. I received three calls to confirm my already confirmed appointment. I answered each time expressing I was indeed coming, but I was in a bit traffic so I would be there no later than 11:15am. As I arrive at that exact time, I am greeted by the car salesperson I made an appointment with, only for her to tell me she decided to begin helping another guest. Even after we had spoken less than twenty minutes prior. We all know car buying experiences last for HOURS so imagine my annoyance when she suggested we waited till she was done to help us? Why did we make the appointment? Why call me three times to confirm, only to then have them take someone else instead. She passed us to another salesperson and said she would catch up with us. She never spoke another word to me. She did not help or even come back and apologize about our initial appointment being canceled or passed over. I must say our new sales person, Patrick, was very nice and helpful, showing us cars, making small talk, etc. Then we sat down to talk about numbers. I had expressed to the initial salesperson what my budget concerns were and what i was expecting. Patrick knew nothing of this. I explained to him where I was at and he seemed reluctant to work with me. He told me he could not meet my budget and I explained I would be leaving and searching for a dealership, who would be able to meet my budget. Then Patrick sends over the general manager to speak with me. He begins to tell me all the reasons I cannot have the car for the price I'm asking. And as I begin to explain to him why the current numbers won't work, he made me feel as though I was being forceful or rude. After I explained what I'm looking for he made comments like "Oh well I don't know if I can help you" and "Oh can I talk now?". Again this is a dealership who pursued me for MONTHS and now after I cleared stated what I need to make the deal work, here is the general manager being passive aggressive and talking over me and pretending like he couldn't help me. I did not give up and stood by what I said. MAGICALLY he was able to make the deal work. I love my Kia Soul and recommend it to anyone. However, will I come back to Coral Springs Kia? No I will not. In a buyers market, I truly believe business should make a customer feel comfortable and needed. Coral Springs Kia did NONE of those things, and treated me like I wasn't even worth their time. I continued with the purchase because they met my budget and I loved the car. Not because of their service. Ana Lopera was a completely different story. She is the person I dealt with in Finance and she couldn't have been more personable, attentive, kind, and helpful. She made me feel at ease immediately and was such a breath of fresh air. She made me feel good about the car I was purchasing. I would work with her again and again. More

We were greeted by Cheyenn Fonseca who showed an interest in helping us find the right car and focus on answering all our questions to better qualify. We were limited in time so we left abruptly and Cheyenn did not force the sale nor pushed his business cards. We returned the following day and felt the sales process was marching along finely. We received 1 BEST offer and didn’t have to go back and forth on multiple deals. This was the first time we experienced this and were shocked. To me, this qualifies as delivering superior customer service. More

Im sorry to say this may be my last vehicle that i purchase. The car i bought was the kia stringer GT2. It had work that needed to be done and was given the time frame of 3 days for the down time for service. I waited 2 weeks and was told by kia motor finance customer service that the dealer would compensate me. The email response i received had no empathy and was not professional at all. I feel like since the sale was done it didn't matter. Not sure if this response will even matter based on how i was treated. More
