No Pressure Just Service With A Smile! Jordan called me while under quarantine about my lease expiring in the near future. He asked what I was looking for and then searched the lot. He text Jordan called me while under quarantine about my lease expiring in the near future. He asked what I was looking for and then searched the lot. He texted and emailed me pictures and videos of the cars I liked. Carlos called me to explain all the financing details and then Samir showed up at my home with the car I chose and I signed all the paperwork on my front porch. Easiest car shopping ever! The next day, I realized that I wanted to purchase instead of leasing again. No one gave me a hard time at all. Jordan sent new videos and pictures. We negotiated the price and terms. Carlos came in on his day off to rescind the lease paperwork and handle the new purchase. Samir was there to make sure everything from one car to the next was moved over and showed me a few things about the car...masks and gloves on. Very helpful and friendly people! More

Home Delivery This was during the Covid 19 pandemic and I did not want to sit around the dealership with a bunch of people, so Kerishia emailed the inventor to me This was during the Covid 19 pandemic and I did not want to sit around the dealership with a bunch of people, so Kerishia emailed the inventor to me and I chose from that. The biggest complaint was the time, we had an appointment for 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and she did not arrive to my house until 6pm, we did agree ahead of time to have the car detailed before she came over and that was part of the delay however it was a long delay. She was very friendly through out the whole process. Although the home delivery was convenient I probably would have liked to test drive another...… thank you all. and everyone stay safe through out this New Normal Life we are all adjusting to. More
