The biggest complaint was the time, we had an appointment for 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and she did not arrive to my house until 6pm, we did agree ahead of time to have the car detailed before she came over and that was part of the delay however it was a long delay. She was very friendly through out the whole process. Although the home delivery was convenient I probably would have liked to test drive another...… thank you all. and everyone stay safe through out this New Normal Life we are all adjusting to. More

Would not buy here again,bought a Kia telluride order and was told 2-4 month took 6 1/2 months,made a deal with a trade in and a manufacture rebait.when it came in the manger Petri told us that the deal no l was told 2-4 month took 6 1/2 months,made a deal with a trade in and a manufacture rebait.when it came in the manger Petri told us that the deal no longer the same as it has more mileage even thou we had the deal on paper and we lost the rebait from Kia.They lie to get you to buy .we lost almost 7 k on the trade and the manger said there’s nothing he can do and if I were him I’d take out 1500k and get it refund it and go buy another car somewhere else.What kind of manger says that.he has no bed side manner and personality is horrible.I was also told I could not pay the car off for 5 months and when I called Kia the first month they said sure you can.Buyers beware and go to another dealership.I was told by several people that Hollywood kia was where to go even thou I was warned about this deal shop by multiple people.shame on me .Will never do business here again.
