He was personable, knowledgeable, friendly in explaining the nooks and crannies of the KIA Sportage 2020. I was delighted doing business with Mr. Infante. Even after I purchased the vehicle he assisted me in transferring all of my belongings from the old to the new car. He also called the following day to see how I was doing. That was truly nice! In all honesty, I came in that day to have an oil change on my KIA Sportage 2017. While waiting I took a stroll around the show room. Who appeared on the floor but Mr. Infante. I mentioned I was only looking while the oil change job was getting accomplished. He started explaining the various upgrades of the new Sportage 2020. I was sold when I came uopn the upscale silver Sportage. Before I knew it, it was time to say good-bye to the old and hello to the new. This was all due to an oil change, can you imagine! More

My husband and a very-pregnant I, went in with our young boys to return a lease at the next-door Honda dealership, and lease two new vehicles from Kia. Jivko Jekov was our sales/leasing rep; he was wonderfu boys to return a lease at the next-door Honda dealership, and lease two new vehicles from Kia. Jivko Jekov was our sales/leasing rep; he was wonderful, professional, caring, and kind. I went in with one thing in mind, and was frustrated and ready to leave when they didn't have what I had come for.. but Jivko, who was extremely patient, worked with me to show me different options, went back and forth to gather information, and worked diligently with his manager, whose name escapes me, but who was also very nice, to get us two SUVs that we are extremely happy with. He said I wouldn't regret it, and I really don't. We were the last customers in the dealership, and spent a good six hours (!) there with our little boys.. and Jivko stayed the entire time, of course. The manager was also very kind and friendly with our children, grabbing things from the vending machine for them, which kept them busy and content for a while. We also worked with Carlos, the finance manager, with whom we also spent a good amount of time. Carlos made the long-experience lighthearted, and it didn't bother him that our kids were exhausted, running around without shoes, crying at times. He was very thorough with all the paperwork, made some jokes, and helped us with our tags. You can tell right away that he knows his job well, and we felt that we could trust him. We finally worked with the young man from Progressive to finalize insurance for our new vehicles, and he was also very nice.. our interaction with him wasn't as in-depth, but he was very polite, and professional the entire time. By the time we were ready to leave, Jivko and my husband had gotten both SUVs ready, and we even signed and Affidavit to have Jivko return our Honda lease the next day, as it had poured the entire time we were there, and with the lease work for the new Kias, were unable to make the return that day. Before we left, with rain underway, Jivko made sure to explain as many features as possible about the cars, and you could tell he was genuinely concerned for our drive home. He made the Honda return for us the next day, and Honda waived our disposition fee, which was a nice surprise. We appreciate everyone's patience and work at Coral Springs Kia that day, especially during COVID-19 times.. and for getting us into two SUVs we are really enjoying to drive. We expect to continue with Kia for years to come. Thank you! More
