My wife and I have purchased many new Hondas from Coral Springs Honda during the last 20 years. We continue to shop here because we are always treated as if the company valued our business. We have all of our service work done here, including simple things like oil changes, because we know that if something important comes up, Coral Springs Honda will be there for us. I wasn't happy when I needed to replace my transmission at 98,000 miles, but I was very happy with the way that Coral Springs Honda went to bat for me with the manufacturer and helped with the cost. Our most recent purchase here was a 2012 Fit, bought last October, and we are soon planning to replace my 2006 Pilot, with either a new Pilot or a new CRV. More

My CRV was coming close to 90,000 (85,700) miles and the car had developed a slight noise when turning hard to the left. My daughter had the same noise last year in her CRV (around the same mileage) and ch car had developed a slight noise when turning hard to the left. Since the Honda service booklet included the differential oil change at 90K, we decided to have the 90K service done early. When the work was done and we complained about the discrepancy between the Honda corporate recommended service and what Coral Springs Honda provided and were told by the service adviser that every dealer has their own schedule and we should have asked in advance if the differential fluid was on their schedule. How is the customer supposed to know that? Additionally, they changed the transmission fluid which was not due for another 30K+. When the issue escalated to the Director of Service, he stated that he would have to look at our record of service there to determine if we were good enough customers to warrant a billing accommodation. We were not......... GREAT Customer Service!!!!!!!!!! More

I have brought my honda in for the same problem FIVE times and they are unable to repair. I have puchased 5 Hondas for the family and Never had a problem like this. I will not deal with this dealer ever again.I have a 2003 crv with a problem with the key cylinders falling down.Each time i bring it in they have a different story.My favorite one is due to the Florida Heat or the dealers put in brass cylinders and should have used stainles steel ??
