Service Advisor was friendly, courteous, and called with updates as needed. I asked to have my brakes checked. Everyone at the Coral Springs Honda has always been, from arrival to departure, helpful, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. The Cashiers even completed a rebate form for me that I did not know of, and put arrival to departure, helpful, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. The Cashiers even completed a rebate form for me that I did not know of, and put it in an addressed envelope WITH A STAMP. In addition to a 20,000 mile check, I knew I needed brake-rotor service (probably resurfacing only). I told them there was something wrong with the breaks. I have had many vehicles and know a little about a lot. After inspection, they told me what I knew was the issue, proving to me they are honest and did not ADD unnecessary service. I'll be back - no question! More
I have a 2009 Honda accord , and had my car serviced on saturday . The serviced I received was awesome , I got there when the doors opened at 7am I was out of there by 9 am . Memorial Day weekend (Sunday 2:00) I noticed my battery was responding very sluggage and when removing items from the trunk of my car I also noticed my tail brake lights were on and would not go off. Panic was responding very sluggage and when removing items from the trunk of my car I also noticed my tail brake lights were on and would not go off. Panicking I found the phone number of my Honda dealer and found they were open until 4:00. I drove over praying the whole time my car would not stall on me. When I got to dealer, the service advisor immediately assured me it would be taken care of, feeling he knew what the problem was. As I waited I kept thinking how expensive it would cost. Within the hour my car was done and the cost was minimal ($90.00). I was so greatful that on a holiday weekend, late in the day, my car was fixed. I thought I would have to pay for a new battery in addition to repairs, However, I was told my battery was fine. Most places would have convinced me I needed a new battery to add charges. I was so impressed with the honesty and professionalism. I have been taking my car to Coral Springs Honda for the past 7 years and feel confortable as a woman that I am not being taken advantage of and I am not pressured to purchase a new vehicle.
