I bought this car 2 months ago, Car had tire presure sign on the time i bought it, I ask the sales person what it was, He said not a big deal, It's a certified car i can bring the car any time they will chec on the time i bought it, I ask the sales person what it was, He said not a big deal, It's a certified car i can bring the car any time they will check it for me for free of charge. I was on vacation for a while , when i came back i took the car to the service center, Chris helped me very professionally, i explained to him what my sales person told me, after that he took the car from me and he told me that the sign could be for so many reasons let the technician look it at. I will let you know, after 15 min later he comes to me to explain what's going on with a car, that they found nail in the middle of the tire. It will cost me 40.00 to fix it. So, i start looking for my sales person, he did call me last month to remind me that i can take the car to the service center, he spoke to the sevice manager about my car situation. So, finally i found the sales person , i explaind to him what's going on. He said the person he spoke to, he's not working today, and it's not tire pressure check problem, now he can not do anything to waive my charges, I have to pay 39.95. So now i am disappointed and waiting for my car to be fix, after half hour later Chris comes to me and tells that the car is ready to be delivered. He look at my face and ask me what is going on, i told him what my sales person told me now, i am not happy that i have to pay, when sales person told me in the beginning don't have to pay, Chris said give me a minute let me see what i can do, and he come up with good news, that i don't have to pay. Thanks to chris for excellent customer service. I would pay if i have to, but i would be very disappointed. Chris is the best, well knowledge excellent cutomer service experience attracted me to go to honda service center every time i need it. Thank you. More
Their service surprised me. I thought I was going to wait for a long time just to get my door panel serviced while under warranty. Just as I was about to ask if there were stores I could walk around to kill for a long time just to get my door panel serviced while under warranty. Just as I was about to ask if there were stores I could walk around to kill time they said it was ready. The service was great, staff recieving my car were courteous and they instructed me what to expect and where to wait. While there I noticed the cafeteria was well equiped with hot and cold foods and plenty of places to sit and relax and watch TV. Only thing, I brought my laptop to do work while there and could not due to their poor wireless access point (Wireless Router). They had plenty of placards that instructed how to connect but one thing was not acceptable. You must try to connect 7 or more times for a MAC. Forget about my brand new Dell laptop I just simply could not connect at all. All other dealers have their access points wide open with a Terms of Use/disclaimer upon connecting. Imagine those who want to use their iPad or other tablets. They need to replace their Wireless Equipment or their IT contractor. Better replace their IT contractor if you have to put an embarssingly silly sign that says connect at least 7 times. What is this IT person thinking about? More
I've always found the quality of work to be excellent. John is extremely friendly, sensitive to my time constraints and follows up when promised. If I need extra work he'll explain why with backup.
