As usual, I was very happy with the service I received. I came in for an oil change but ended up having to spend a lot more than I anticipated. Justin explained everything I needed done very clearly. Ultimately, I'm glad I changed the timing belt, expensive as it was, as I intend on driving my Honda till the wheels fall off. More

Anyway, I want to give a 5 star rating to my Service Advisor, Richard Im. Outstanding service is all I can say about Richard. He has been my advisor for the past year or so - I have a CRV and my husband has a Pilot. Richard is very responsive when I call to set an appointment, he is professional, extremely helpful and very friends. Before Richard, I went thru several advisors and honestly never got the level of service out of them combined as I do with Richard. I just happened to get him one day he answered the phone and I have been going back to him ever since. I hope you recognize Richard as a great employee and a great face representing Honda Service at Coral Springs. I keep coming back for service because of Richard! High 5 to Richard! More

However, the new starter would be under a 36 month warranty. How can a starter have two different warranties from the same dealer, for the same car? I was never informed of the inconsistency of the warranties. This seems to be a scam on Coral Springs Honda. More

When I bought the car they put on trunk spoiler but i don't think the new spring was put on for the extra weight. The service guy had no clue and just said I was just fine. pathetic,,,, I brought my 2014 Honda accord sport in for service.I needed an oil change and tire rotation,,While I was waiting,, the service rep tells me he ha I brought my 2014 Honda accord sport in for service.I needed an oil change and tire rotation,,While I was waiting,, the service rep tells me he has bad news..He shows me a pic of my front right tire with a nail in the side...He tells me it cannot be repaired and it will cost $180 to replace...I tell him to leave it alone...I go to firestone and the service dept takes out the nail which is less then 1/4 of an inch and the nqil did not pierce the inside,,,I always give coral springs Honda great service grades,,,But, to try and beat me for $180 for a new tire is down right disgusting!!
