Came in for 30,000 mile check. after one hour car returned with "nothing needed but oil change". Great! But don't know if they rotated tires, replaced air filter/A/C cabin filter, checked brake syste returned with "nothing needed but oil change". Great! But don't know if they rotated tires, replaced air filter/A/C cabin filter, checked brake system, etc., in other words, nothing checked off on the esttimate for 30,000 mile checkup. Was everything else done on the list? No indication. Please advise. Thank you More
Each time we have had our vehicle serviced, we have had a pleasant experience. Friendly and quick service. No one tried to sell us more service than what we came in for. pleasant experience. Friendly and quick service. No one tried to sell us more service than what we came in for. More
I had previously brought my vehicle into a local repair shop to see why my car seemed to be bouncy. I was advised by that shop that I needed front and rear struts as well as a tensioner and belt. I was qu shop to see why my car seemed to be bouncy. I was advised by that shop that I needed front and rear struts as well as a tensioner and belt. I was quoted a price for these repairs. I then called Coral Springs Honda for a second price but was advised to bring the vehicle in for an inspection to see if I really needed these repairs. I was surprised how friendly and helpful my service advisor was. After a service technician inspected my vehicle, I was told I did not need these repairs. Coral Springs Honda saved me a lot of money! Richard, my service advisor, did tell me that although my tires still had a lot of tread on them, they were not good tires and appeared to be choppy and he said this was the problem. I will definitely go back to Coral Springs Honda for my car repairs because they are honest and looking out for me. More

The have neglected to call me back due to there mistake. I was supposed to pick up the car around the easter holiday. I currently have no idea what the status of my car is. I have baught with this dealer in the past and they were fantastic in the past. currently i would not reccomend them to anyone. If you are looking for a good Honda dealership go to Ed Morse or Rick Case. More
My wife and I have purchased many new Hondas from Coral Springs Honda during the last 20 years. We continue to shop here because we are always treated as if the company valued our business. We have all o Springs Honda during the last 20 years. We continue to shop here because we are always treated as if the company valued our business. We have all of our service work done here, including simple things like oil changes, because we know that if something important comes up, Coral Springs Honda will be there for us. I wasn't happy when I needed to replace my transmission at 98,000 miles, but I was very happy with the way that Coral Springs Honda went to bat for me with the manufacturer and helped with the cost. Our most recent purchase here was a 2012 Fit, bought last October, and we are soon planning to replace my 2006 Pilot, with either a new Pilot or a new CRV. More
Prompt, courteous service, reasonable price, done at the promised time, and done professionally is all you can ask of a service department. They topped off the fluids, checked my tire pressures (since they promised time, and done professionally is all you can ask of a service department. They topped off the fluids, checked my tire pressures (since they knew I had had a tire issue previously) and delivered a clean car. The only thing they didn't do was wash and vacuum it. More
We visited this dealership several times when shopping for our last car. We were trying to decide between the Toyota Venza, a Nissan Murano, the Hyuandai Sante Fe or a Honda. We first thought we wanted a for our last car. We were trying to decide between the Toyota Venza, a Nissan Murano, the Hyuandai Sante Fe or a Honda. We first thought we wanted a Crosstour but finally settled on the CRV. We were comparing all details on all these brands and models - HP, MPG, Warranty, reliability, etc. We are very research oriented people. We got the Consumer Reports, checked on Edmunds, etc. We keep our cars 10+ years so we wanted to be sure about the purchase. After finally deciding on the CRV and choosing the color we started the price negotiations. During that time it was revealed that our salesman had told us TWO very blatant lies: (1)that as of March 1st Honda was going to match Hyundai's Powertrain; and (2)that they were also going to try to meet the Toyocare and offer 2 years of preventative maintenance on the car. These were both total lies! The sales manager shrugged it off during price negotiations because our salesman was "a rookie and was confused"!! What??? But by this time, we had decided we wanted that car so we stuck it out anyway. We agreed on a price with the Sales Manager (Mike), IN WRITING. We waited and waited. Then the salesman came back with the sales order with totally different numbers on it! Of course we questioned that. My husband is an Accountant and is VERY attuned to every line item plus we still had the written, approved paper when we made the deal with the Manager. They were pulling tricks. This, on top of the salesman's blatant lies was too much that late at night so we left without the car. The following day I called the sales manager and asked him to email me the numbers we had agreed on and we would work out the deal. He did that. I called him afterwards TWO times and left messages to get the car ready that we would be in after work to finish up everything and take the car. He never called me back. After two hours I called the dealership. I was told he was gone for the day and given the other "Manager", Dane. After a grueling hour and a half or so Dane called me with a very bad attitude and said "The car has been sold - yesterday"!!!! When I questioned this after all we had been through on this he actually said to me "you should I pulled the trigger yesterday. I would have never offered to sell that car to you for that price anyway" and hung up!! 2 days later I bought the same color 2012 CRV EXL with the same features for less from another dealership and we worked it out on the phone and through email. Much less hassle. My family now owns 3 Hondas but I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I strongly advise everyone to drive a little farther and buy their Honda anywhere else but there.
