To start with I did not have an appointment and I was seen immediately. I had to be at work in ten minutes and was given a ride to my job. John Nahar drove me to work so that he may listen to the car and seen immediately. I had to be at work in ten minutes and was given a ride to my job. I was called approx. two hours later and everything was fully explained to me regarding cost, what was covered, what the issues were and so forth. I decided to take the Butler service and the interior detail service. I was told the car would have to stay and was given a ride home by the Honda shuttle. I was picked up by a wonderful person name David, I did not get his last name, at my job and taken home. He was so kind and offered to pick me up in the morning or whenever the car was ready. John Nahar called to say the car would be ready by 3:30 and I called David for a ride. I was very pleased with the performance of my Honda CRV. All my concerns were fixed and the car was back to a new appearence. I can now say I love my car again, and I would reccommend Honda and Honda of Coral Springs to everyone. Everyone at the Coral Springs Honda has always been, from arrival to departure, helpful, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. The Cashiers even completed a rebate form for me that I did not know of, and put it in an addressed envelope WITH A STAMP. In addition to a 20,000 mile check, I knew I needed brake-rotor service (probably resurfacing only). I told them there was something wrong with the breaks. I have had many vehicles and know a little about a lot. After inspection, they told me what I knew was the issue, proving to me they are honest and did not ADD unnecessary service. I'll be back - no question! More
