This year I was finally in a position to lease a new car and shopped at 6 different dealerships looking at many different mid sized cars. Joe was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the cars and the process to get the deal done. Between picking out the right car, the test drive, negotiating the price and finalizing the deal I think we were done in about 2 hours. Joe explained all the features the car has. He helped sync my phone to the car, showed me how to set up my contacts for voice dialing, radio station presets, temperature control settings, auto door locks, and many many more options this car has. When I sat down with Guesley Modine in finance even that was a no pressure experience. He explained all my maintenance and financing options at let me decide what I wanted to do. Everyone made it a stress free event so I could enjoy the process. They followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the purchase and to see if there was anything else they could do for me. I've been dealing with a number of dealers over the past few weeks, but his lot must have been the worst. When you have to follow up with three different staff members to get them to sell you a car, yo past few weeks, but his lot must have been the worst. The icing on the cake is all the fees they add on at the end - they tried to charge me almost $3,500 in taxes and fees on a $12,000 certified car (including a $1,295 certification fee, which is so obscure they don't even bother putting it in the fine print on their website). Make sure you see a full quote before you waste too much time with them. More
