When it came to evaluating my trade in vehicle, Joe also handled the process very efficiently, maybe 20 minutes until he handed my keys back. Thank you Joe. As for negotiations, the General Sales Manager, Anthony Katzelnik, handled the process face to face. Less than 15 minutes of fair but tough negotiation. Thank you Anthony. Before I departed in my new Honda, Joe went over all the cabin tech and features in a very thorough manner. Bravo Joe.
