Great: Seller Rafael Souza was great at showing us different car option, was very patient and solved all our doubts. Manager, Rosy, managed to meet our financial expectation. Not so great: process different car option, was very patient and solved all our doubts. Manager, Rosy, managed to meet our financial expectation. Not so great: process took almost 6 hour where 2-3 were to finalize the paperwork and Finance requesting additional information after the deal was closed. More

I thought Ginger was very nice but didn't care for the rest of the team. Was promised a good price but that was only lip service. Someone else got the car I really wanted. Apparently they either got a bet rest of the team. Was promised a good price but that was only lip service. Someone else got the car I really wanted.
