Ricardo (ASM) does a great job in taking care of customers. I make this statment because I have seen him servicing customers whilke I was waiting for my car . Riiccardo always checks for the latest updates and info on your car and informs you of the warranty maintance that needs to be done. Robert (Mechanic) Had a big job to do on this service, that was changing the Timimg belt and the other drive belts. Plus performed other maintance functions. (see report) got all the work done with no errors and the same day. I would like to have Robert work on my car every time I go to the Dealer if that is possible. More

I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND TOLD THEM WHAT I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WITH MY PONTIAC SOLSTICE WAS THERE WAS A PUDDLE UNDER MY CAR WITH A CLEAR PINKISH LIQUID. THE SERVICE REP, IVAN GONZALEZ, TOLD THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WITH MY PONTIAC SOLSTICE WAS THERE WAS A PUDDLE UNDER MY CAR WITH A CLEAR PINKISH LIQUID. THE SERVICE REP, IVAN GONZALEZ, TOLD ME HE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE COOLANT AND ASKED ME TO BRING IT IN. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY EXAMINED IT, HE WAS RIGHT. IT WAS THE WATER PUMP. HE TOLD ME IT WAS UNDER THE DRIVE TRAIN WARRENTY. I LEFT THE CAR AND WAS CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO COME PICK UP THE FIXED VEHICLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. More
