My experience was definately a 5+. Very pleasant and informative. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning without an appointment. They took my car right away and the work was completed in about an hour, as promised. When the work was complete the cashier had already completed the rebate form for my next oil change -- all I had to do was drop it in the mail. All in all a very pleasant experience. More
