This dealership have hours that are convenient - open to 7pm most nights and weekends including Sundays. No appoiintment necessary. They have a drive up/thru service area. The Best Dealership auto repair shop of my entire life. I'm 55 years old so I've been to many. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know and to those of you reading this review. I fell in love with my Kia Soul as soon as I saw it. The salesman was terrific. I have brought my car back to GMC for all of the service which, up to now has been oil changes. I recently brought my car in for 30,000 maintenance visit. It was discovered that my rear Shock was leaking. During this maintenance visit, my wheel locks were broken and could not be fixed in time for me to get my car back the same day. However, they provided a rental car to me. Hopefully, I will get my car back soon. More

I went to two other Buick dealers before deciding on Coral Springs Buick (which is furthest from my home). From the moment Theo approached me he seemed interested in my needs. Ricardo (ASM) does a great job in taking care of customers. I make this statment because I have seen him servicing customers whilke I was waiting for my car . Robert (Mechanic) Had a big job to do on this service, that was changing the Timimg belt and the other drive belts. Plus performed other maintance functions. (see report) got all the work done with no errors and the same day. I would like to have Robert work on my car every time I go to the Dealer if that is possible. More
I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND TOLD THEM WHAT I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WITH MY PONTIAC SOLSTICE WAS THERE WAS A PUDDLE UNDER MY CAR WITH A CLEAR PINKISH LIQUID. THE SERVICE REP, IVAN GONZALEZ, TOLD THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WITH MY PONTIAC SOLSTICE WAS THERE WAS A PUDDLE UNDER MY CAR WITH A CLEAR PINKISH LIQUID. THE SERVICE REP, IVAN GONZALEZ, TOLD ME HE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE COOLANT AND ASKED ME TO BRING IT IN. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY EXAMINED IT, HE WAS RIGHT. IT WAS THE WATER PUMP. HE TOLD ME IT WAS UNDER THE DRIVE TRAIN WARRENTY. I LEFT THE CAR AND WAS CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO COME PICK UP THE FIXED VEHICLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. More
