I gave an offer that was $1000 lesser than the listing price, and the agent sent be a form to sign with the offer price. I filled the form right away and have offered to wire the money if they agree. I have called them multiple times and emailed them multiple times for 3 days, and the only response I get is that manager needs to approve. How long does the manager take to approve? If they don't like the offer they could have said no, why keep me waiting. I have even sent them an email that I will posting on dealer rater about my experience and they still cared a xxxx. Just a frustrating experience, never buy with them online. More
While I would recommend this dealership be aware that you won't always get what they say you will. I went in browsing and was sold on the fact that they could have me in a lease even with bad credit and that won't always get what they say you will. I went in browsing and was sold on the fact that they could have me in a lease even with bad credit and that they would work with me to get me out of my current car that only had 6,000 miles on it. I was intrigued and so I filled out the application and over the phone I was told they could have me at $550 a month max. I told them I wanted to make sure of all of this before I drove into the dealer as I live in Boca. When I got there they showed me the car and everything was all good until they came back and told me I needed to have a $5500 down plus pay $800 a month. They told me they could not give me any more for my practically new car and could not reduce the price. The funny thing is that my car is actually better than what they showed me. The only reason for looking at a new car was for more trunk space and because I wanted a lease. I was sad to have wasted two hours plus the drive. I wish that they would have been more honest with me. The other thing I hated was the wizard behind the curtain tactic. I hate when the sales person leaves and pretends they are going to come back with some great news. More

My experience was definately a 5+. Very pleasant and informative. What I liked the most was that I didn't like how my door handle was fixed and even before I could say anything Mike Buckner did not acc informative.
