Out of towner taken care of like a local customer! My wife and I live in Tallahassee and drove down to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and her family. When we were leaving Tallahassee, we found our battery on our 2013 Yukon Denali dead. We finally got started and had to keep the engine running the whole trip, even at rest or gas stops. I took the Yukon to Ed Morse (the only GMC dealer I knew of near Plantation), but was told by the service manager they wouldn't have time to even look at the vehicle until next week. I returned to my daughter's house and found Coral Springs GMC via an Internet search. Instead of driving there I called to see if they could check my battery. A very nice person told me no problem, just bring it up to them. I drove straight to the dealership and cannot say enough good things about Steve Jones, their assistant service manager, who greeted me and assured me that they would take care of me. He even personally took my truck to get washed once a new battery had been installed. It was a great feeling to know that people in south Florida actually treated me like one of their own customers! Thank you Steve, and everyone else who worked on my vehicle. More

If you looking for service, look elsewhere Phones not answered, no service manager, no qualified GMC transmission tech, phone calls not returned. I had my truck towed into this facility based o Phones not answered, no service manager, no qualified GMC transmission tech, phone calls not returned. I had my truck towed into this facility based on reviews and had to have it towed out of this facility after it experiencing reality. Not having a tech qualified to service my vehicle was bad enough but the overall customer service, beginning with a telephone call transferred to who knows where that is never answered and when calling in from another number goes eventually to the voice message of another who knows where and then a customer care rep who eventually takes a message after my 4th phone call. Sadly, that call is NEVER returned. This is not the type of service or quality that a GMC driver pays for nor expects. More
Need better communication and connection I am disappointed that I pay so much for a warranty that does not coverage problems that occur on the car. I am also disappointed that this dealership is the only one that does not give loaner cars and you have to wait and reschedule for a shuttle ride. This makes doing business very difficult. Finally, why always give me negative information and never be positive on things or always find things that's not under a platinum GMC warranty for a car purchased last than 2 years ago. Makes me rethink purchase another car from this dealership. More

Poorly run dealership Over the top in the xx department with nothing behind it. They do not have a service department worthy of even being open. Rude people who for some reason think they are important and you are not....They obviously don't realize who the customer is. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
