All attendants I have met was very kind and convinced. I came to the place with some problems of interior lighting. Out of towner taken care of like a local customer! My wife and I live in Tallahassee and drove down to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and her family. When we were leaving Tallahassee, we found ou My wife and I live in Tallahassee and drove down to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and her family. When we were leaving Tallahassee, we found our battery on our 2013 Yukon Denali dead. We finally got started and had to keep the engine running the whole trip, even at rest or gas stops. I took the Yukon to Ed Morse (the only GMC dealer I knew of near Plantation), but was told by the service manager they wouldn't have time to even look at the vehicle until next week. I returned to my daughter's house and found Coral Springs GMC via an Internet search. Instead of driving there I called to see if they could check my battery. A very nice person told me no problem, just bring it up to them. I drove straight to the dealership and cannot say enough good things about Steve Jones, their assistant service manager, who greeted me and assured me that they would take care of me. He even personally took my truck to get washed once a new battery had been installed. It was a great feeling to know that people in south Florida actually treated me like one of their own customers! Thank you Steve, and everyone else who worked on my vehicle. More
