Awful customer experience My experience with Coral Springs Auto Mall all started with viewing a 2011 335i on their website at a $17k online price. After my initial call with Jo My experience with Coral Springs Auto Mall all started with viewing a 2011 335i on their website at a $17k online price. After my initial call with Joel on September 25, I was connected to a salesman named Mitch. After speaking with Mitch about the car, we negotiated a deal of $18k for an out the door price. I gave him my credit card to put a REFUNDABLE $1k deposit on the car because I was going to travel all the way from Tampa to buy this car. I explained Mitch my situation and he answered all of my questions. The next day Joel calls me back to make me aware the BMW is still available and was wondering if I was still interested. I informed Joel that I actually put a deposit on the car and that I would be there to pick it up on Sunday October 1. He sounded confused and stated he had to check something and that he would call me back. Joel called me right back to tell me indeed the car had a deposit by me and he congratulated me on the purchase. This is where it starts to go south. On Saturday, September 30 (the day before I am flying to Miami to buy the car) I look at the car online to notice that instead of being removed from the website because of it being sold. I notice the car has been REDUCED in price to $16,020. On the morning of October 1st, I buy a one way plane ticket to fly from Tampa to Miami and then drove an hour up north to Coral Springs to meet Mitch at Coral Springs Auto Mall. Mitch shows up at 11, pulls the car up and I immediately ask him about the reduction in price. Mitch agrees and tells me that if they reduced the price then the price will be reduced for me too and then agrees to selling the car for $17k as the out the door price. He tells me “we don’t play those games”. I test drove the vehicle and then headed inside to start the buying process. I first deal with Yazan “Sami” Issa (sales manager) who asks for my information to start the credit application before Michael Green (finance manager) completes it. Eventually, I go into the room with Michael to be met with these outrageous interest rates which were double what I was given at my local bank. Because I was advised by Mitch to do the financing in house, I did not bring anything information/documentation from my local bank. We signed many papers and finally get to the payment pages and the out the door price is listed at $18k. I tell Michael that is not the price we agree to and he tosses his phone on the desk and immediately starts cursing about his employees and how this “xxxx” is supposed to be taken care of before it gets to his desk. Yazan and Mitch come in the room and Mitch explains our agreement on the out the door price of $17k while Yazan is still trying to comprehend the math. At this point, everybody leave the room and another “manager” comes in. He asks me to split the online mistake with him so the car will be $17,500 out the door. I inform him of the situation and explain that making a customer pay for a mistake made by the dealership is not good customer service. At one point, the sales man (Mitch) came in the room and even asked if there is a hidden camera as this is all seems to be a joke. At this point, Michael Green comes back in the room and prints out all the proper paperwork and has me go through the signing process all over again. He prints out my Florida vehicle registration and gets everything complete. Michael then left the room for several minutes only to come back and say “we can no longer do this deal”. At this point, I go back out to Mitch and ask what kind of circus is this? He goes and talks to some other managers and comes back and asks to speak with me privately in their break room. After 4 hours I told Mitch I am insulted and no longer want to do business with Coral Springs Auto Mall. I tried to get the General Managers information but nobody has a phone number, business card, or email. The only information I was given to talk to the GM was that his name was Benny. It seems there are plenty reviews similar to this one and I hope they save any future customers from this awful establishment. More

I have a problem Service rep didn't take the time to listen to my concerns he rushed me outta the department and off the phone I was frustrated today. I have a problem paying my money and staff can give me proper service. I will drive further out before going back to this dealership. Louis is like he's from Russia always rushing and acting crazy. This is my second time dealing with him. First time he was good I guess he can't function under pressure or handle multiple customers More
