Horrible Service! I looked at new cars for about a week before finally selecting and paying for the one I wanted. Prior to paying, my salesman, Brahms Alexis, was super I looked at new cars for about a week before finally selecting and paying for the one I wanted. Prior to paying, my salesman, Brahms Alexis, was super attentive, always picked up my calls and responded to my texts immediately. He urged me many time to give him high marks on the GM survey I would be receiving. But after paying for the car and filling out the survey as he wanted, everything changed. There were a few issues that needed attention but I began being treated like a red headed stepchild! My salesman rarely responded to my calls and texts and was full of excuses. Some of them were, “I had a car accident,” or “my family had the flu” and many more. Trying to get his help with anything was like pulling teeth! He kept putting me off and some things have not been resolved by him to this day, four months after the purchase. He no longer responds to my calls or texts at all!! I wrote a personal letter to the general manager and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply. Stay away from the this dealership!!! More

No Integrity I live in the Tampa Bay area and tried to do my due diligence by asking questions about the vehicle's condition before heading down to Miami to purcha I live in the Tampa Bay area and tried to do my due diligence by asking questions about the vehicle's condition before heading down to Miami to purchase a Yukon XL. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed several dents as well as body work that had been done to cover up damage to several quarter panels on the vehicle. The mileage advertised on AutoTrader was also off by over 3,000 miles and I was told from the sales person the discrepancy in mileage was due to test drives. When I spoke to the General Manager he showed no concern about the lack of detail or honesty shown on behalf of the dealership he manages. It's not about the $1800 to get the vehicle fixed I like it was described to me before driving 4 hours to find I was lied to just to get me to the dealership. It's about the experience of dealing with a business that doesn't seem to have integrity and try to make things right. If this person would have expressed any kind of empathy or even offered me something as meaningless as floor mats for the trouble it would have gone a long way. I understand and appreciate dealerships are a for-profit business but building a relationship and making sure the customer has a positive experience is much more important than making a a few extra dollars. This dealership is a joke and so is its leadership. And I are judge everyone to stay away and be weary of the low prices they use to get you in the door just too railroad you on the back end of the deal! More
