David Tieman was very helpful in reviewing the airbag required to replace the airbag recall of May 10, 2023. The airbag was ordered on March 15, 2024 and Coral Springs GMC is still waiting for it. While Coral Springs has always been prompt and efficient, GMC corporation & customer support is extremely poor. Imagine driving a vehicle for almost 1 year with a confirmed recall on an airbag which “may rupture causing serious injury or death”! Our Buick Enclave is excellent, GMC customer support is severely lacking. More

The sale was a team work experience, loved it! But the follow up, there is room to improve! I was waiting for a feedback on a "bed liner service"* from Robert and Emmanuel, and after insisting a l But the follow up, there is room to improve! I was waiting for a feedback on a "bed liner service"* from Robert and Emmanuel, and after insisting a lot they got back to me on Thursday (it was supposed to be Monday because I needed the service to put the truck to work) with a frustrating response! I owed 15k from my trade-in car, during the negotiation the bank deducted 377.00 from my account (decreasing the debt from 15k to "14-ish"), so I lost almost 400.00! Due to that they promised me the bed liner service "At cost"! On Thursday, after already scheduled the service in another company, they informed me that the service it would 800.00, but the company I did it was 600.00 lifetime warranty, with a high quality service! So I lost my 377.00 from the Trade in due to taking long time to get back to me, and the "cost price" higher the an specialized company! Also more than 50k truck, it was dirty when they delivered it to me (I took pictures) but Emmanuel promised a details wash another day to compensate it! More
