Went to buyout my lease. Had to wait almost 2 hours for the business manager to arrive. Then was told I had to agree to receiving emails and text messages from them or they w Had to wait almost 2 hours for the business manager to arrive. Then was told I had to agree to receiving emails and text messages from them or they wouldn’t process the paperwork, even though the document clearly states that consent is NOT required to purchase a vehicle. Asked days ahead of time for final numbers (for the tag and title fees) and could never get them until on-site. This was not a good experience and will make me think twice before buying a car from this dealership again. I’d prefer to drive to Sunrise or Pompano instead. More
