Will never do business with this dealership again. Had appointment for oil change and when I arrived was told at least 2 hour or more wait. What’s the sense of booking an appointment, obviously this Had appointment for oil change and when I arrived was told at least 2 hour or more wait. What’s the sense of booking an appointment, obviously this dealership doesn’t value your time at all! Went right to Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill without an appointment and they had my oil change & tires rotated within an hour of my arrival and out the door! Will never return to Coral Springs Buick again which is sad since I have leased & bought numerous vehicles from them over the past 20 years. More
