Will never do business with this dealership again. Had appointment for oil change and when I arrived was told at least 2 hour or more wait. What’s the sense of booking an appointment, obviously this Had appointment for oil change and when I arrived was told at least 2 hour or more wait. What’s the sense of booking an appointment, obviously this dealership doesn’t value your time at all! Went right to Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill without an appointment and they had my oil change & tires rotated within an hour of my arrival and out the door! Will never return to Coral Springs Buick again which is sad since I have leased & bought numerous vehicles from them over the past 20 years. More

I purchased beautiful truck at this dealership the sales man and the sales manager were wonderful however, the truck did not come with an owners manual. I was told a story that I had to be download it, it’s man and the sales manager were wonderful however, the truck did not come with an owners manual. I was told a story that I had to be download it, it’s over 500 pages! I contacted GMC and they informed me that yes indeed I should’ve had a manual with my $80,000 truck, they gave me the name of the customer experience manager. I left him five messages none of which were returned. It’s so sad that one person in a dealership can take what should’ve been a beautiful experience and turn it lousy. More
