Took advantage of me I went in to redeem a prize I'd received in the mail and told them from the beginning that I just wanted to look at what they had and wasn't in any hu I went in to redeem a prize I'd received in the mail and told them from the beginning that I just wanted to look at what they had and wasn't in any hurry to actually buy a car. They asked for my information and had me sign a paper without telling me anything at all, so I assumed it was for the prize redemption only to find out the next day that they ran a hard check on my credit without even telling me. They took full advantage of the fact that I was a young lady by myself. I will be reporting this to the BBB because this was not an ethical action by any means. I will never go there again knowing they tried to pull a fast one on me like this. More

I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience than I received from Mark and the team at Copple. From finding a car that met my criteria to knowledge about the vehicle, no pressure sales techniqu than I received from Mark and the team at Copple. Mark Vandenburgh was very friendly and helpful. He came out to the vehicle with me after the purchase to make sure that i knew how to use all of the options that were available on the the vehicle. I'm usually very skeptical of going to car dealerships and have had negative experiences at several other dealers in the past. Sometimes, I feel like they see you as a women and see the word dealerships and have had negative experiences at several other dealers in the past. Sometimes, I feel like they see you as a women and see the word "SUCKER" tatooed on your forhead. However, I went to Copple because a friend recommended Mark Vandenburg as a reliable and honest sales person. I was not dissapointed. He actually listened to all of my needs and wants for a truck for my family. As I was not in a rush to purchase a used truck, I described to Mark V. that I wanted a vehicle safe, comfortable to drive and large enough for my kids! I saw one Escalade on the lot and he had explained that it was not even for sale yet because it had to be checked over and serviced. Within 24 hours, Mark called me and stated, "I'm sorry. I know you had your heart set on the black Escalade, but it has some oil pressure issues. This is NOT the vehicle for you. I wouldn't sell this to anyone and, infact, we are removing it from the sales lot!" I was shocked, and impressed that a car salesman would be so trustworthy! Over the course of the next few days, Mark kept in contact with my husband and I to update us on some trucks that were new on the lot. He found the perfect truck! It was my dream truck! I am now the proud owner of a 2005 silver Escalade with all the bells and whistles!!! My family couldn't be happier. Mark has gone above and beyond for us. His staff were polite and knowledgeable. They made the process of getting financing painless and searching for a vehicle fun!!! I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to visit Copple Cheverolet and ask for Mark Vandenburg by name.....he was great!!! More
Made a deal on a new GMC pickup they found in another state but was told several days later, bait and switch style, that the vehicle I agreed to buy had been sold but I could buy a different, more expens state but was told several days later, bait and switch style, that the vehicle I agreed to buy had been sold but I could buy a different, more expensive unit with several options not on the original vehicle. The difference between the original truck and the second one was $600. I insisted that they honor their original deal, they finally agreed only to inform me several days later that the second vehicle they located in another state had also been sold. I did some research and found the second vehicle and spoke with a rep for that dealer who told me that the vehicle was not sold and was available but that Copple could not honor the price in the deal they made with me because of rebates and other issues due to a dealer to dealer transfer. Instead of being truthful, misled by trying to sell me lesser vehicles. More
I had an accident. Didn't have a phone number with me so I emailed the owner, Bob Copple. He immediately called me. He offered to send his guys to where I was with a loaner. I was stressed and frazzled and upset and it was so reassuring to get taken care of so well. He's a great guy, he runs a great dealership and I so appreciate him and his staff. More
I had a wonderful experience working with the crew at Copple. From the Salesman at the dealship all the way to their Service Department. As a person who dreads going car shopping and dealing with sales people I have to say going to Copple in Louisville was a refreshing change for me...I had the pleasure of working with Salesman JD Sorensen who was very professional, honest and never pushy! I felt like I was working with a long time friend or family member who had my best interest at heart instead of a Smooshy Salesman who just wants to make a sale. I have to also note that the men who work in their Service Department were equally as great, I was lucky to be able to work with Casey Taylor in their service department, he also made me feel like a friend and not just a customer, keeping me updated on the service of my vehicle every step of the way. I will definitely be going back their for my next vehicle purchase as well as sending family and friends their way :) More
