I am deeply saddened and upset at Copeland Toyota's service department in handling my paint claim on the 2015 Rav 4 bought by the Brockton dealership. I brought my car in several years ago to fix th service department in handling my paint claim on the 2015 Rav 4 bought by the Brockton dealership. I brought my car in several years ago to fix the problem, they took pics of it and told me that during the pandemic there was a waiting list that they put me on. Well months passed, no call back. I called again, you have to wait a year. I waited, I told them the warranty would expire by then. Don't worry, we will take care of it. Guess what? They didn't take care of it and they keep pics on their personal phones and no one has any record of me coming in not once, but 3 times for the same thing. This place is so disorganized, terrible service and everyone I saw has quit and my records went with them. I will never step foot in a Toyota Dealership ever again! I'm thinking of getting a lawyer. It's time to put in another class action law suit against this company. More

Fixed my daughter's car. I was quoted $7000 by a mechanic to replace corrolla engine. Copeland fixed the engine problem for much much cheaper and no replacement necessary.
