We have had some problems with another local Toyota dealership and decided to try out Copeland for our service needs due to a very bad experience at the other local dealer(they didn't tighten the OIL P dealership and decided to try out Copeland for our service needs due to a very bad experience at the other local dealer(they didn't tighten the OIL PLUG!!!! and it started to drain oil all over my driveway). We were very leary about going back to a dealership at all. The staff at Copeland was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgable. They answered all our questions and soothed our fears. The car was done well before the "delivery" time and it was perfect. ALL MY FUTURE NEEDS FOR BOTH OF MY TOYOTA VEHICLES WILL BE TAKEN TO COPELAND. More
We purchased our 2007 Camry hybrid from Copeland in September, 2006. It was the first Toyota we had ever bought. The purchase negotiations were practically nil because time was of the essence since t September, 2006. It was the first Toyota we had ever bought. Nevertheless, their sales people and their management accommodated us in every other way possible. I had struck a significant pothole on Route 95 with my right front tire and was concerned about possible damage to tire in addition to the balance of the tire and possible front end damage. Have been dealing with Copeland for 20 plus years. Have dealt with John McMullen the service dept. for at least 15. Services is always fast and good. Have done business when buying with Todd Copeland ,he h dealt with John McMullen the service dept. for at least 15. Services is always fast and good. I have Dealt with other dealers and happened to find Copeland on this site. I needed a timing belt and decided to do the water pump as well. The service manager asked one of his techs if the pump was Copeland on this site. I needed a timing belt and decided to do the water pump as well. The service manager asked one of his techs if the pump was checked to see if it was leaking and if it even needed to be replaced. I have never experienced this. Usually, it goes like this..."Yeah you should get it done as well as this, this and this." They were the most inexpensive of the five dealers I called. They did not "recommend" any other items I should have fix. There was no pressure. They honored a competitors coupon discounting the final price by ten percent. I made the appointment, they fixed my car. The whole experience was concluded with a handshake and a "Have a good day.". Having dealt with terrible service I immediately wanted to point out good service. I will continue to bring my car here for service and will seriously consider Copeland when it is time to purchase a new car. Pleasant, professional people who apparently know that the customer still is important. More

Both my husband and I took out cars in for service the same day. As promised my car (oil change and tire rotation) was completed in 45 minutes. I enjoy spending my money at Copland Toyota. This dealer treats me like I am a king and they care very much to make me and my family comfortable in an otherwise stressful area of car shopping. At 53 years of age, I have bought many cars in my life. We did not always have computers, Edmonds.com, and Consumer Reports to help us car shop. As a matter of fact my rule was always get as close to 20% off the MSRP sticker. By the way, that was always on General Motors cars that I no longer buy since 2000. My first Toyota was a 2000 Avalon XLS. I only buy Toyotas now and would never consider another American car ever again. I do find Infinity cars very intriguing. I would recommend Copeland Toyota to everyone and I have as they work hard to satisfy their customers from A to Z. The owners are always there and the service dept. gets to know you on a personal basis. I like that! So Bravo to Copeland Toyota, they do a gr8 job! More
Needed service to new car. Before I could ask about a rental it was at the door and being warmed up and at no charge.
