Since the day I purchased my car 5 years ago, every interaction I"ve had with Copeland has been great. From looking at the car, to financing, to a new owner session, to service where they accommodate interaction I"ve had with Copeland has been great. From looking at the car, to financing, to a new owner session, to service where they accommodate your schedule and needs, Ihave been pleased. Everyone is exceptionally helpful, friendly and works hard. I recommend Copeland to everyone who mentions considering a car -- and when I start to think about purchasing a new car, staying with Copeland is one of the reason (in addition to reliability... but there are other manufacturers who also have a reliable product) that I think of staying with Toyota.... but if you don't continue to have a convertible, I'm not sure what I'll do. Anyway, Copeland provides a great experience. More

I like the fact that if I have a problem or question regarding my Toyota, I can call the service department, and its taken care of immediately. I thought that the service was good. I didn't put great because I feel that no matter how good of a job you do, there is always room to improve. I felt that the price was OK because $35 for an oil change because I feel that no matter how good of a job you do, there is always room to improve. I felt that the price was OK because $35 for an oil change on a Corolla seems excessive but I have no idea what any other place would charge. On a side note, I don't mind doing these surveys, however, 2 things: 1) This is probably the fifth one I have been asked to fill out since my oil change 2 months ago; 2) I don't think I should have to describe why I answered the way I did. This should be optional. If it is a requirement, there shouldn't be a character minimum. That seems a little excesive. I probably could have explained it in one sentence. More
I purchased my van from Copeland about 2 yrs ago. Recently I had the windshield replaced at Payless (Warwick,RI). Soon after I experienced some serious electrical problems with my van. I'd taken it to several different places to find the problem. I was getting more and more frustrated because the alarm, day lights and fan would go on...and stay on until I disconnected the battery. Fortunately, I called Copeland Toyota and spoke with Dave MacCormick who (over the phone) put my mind at ease. After describing my situation...he agreed with my thought that it could possibly be related to the windshield not being sealed properly. I brought the van to Copeland, met Charlie Viera who reassured me that they would find the cause of the problems. I was given a rental from Copeland and I left. It was discovered water was pouring onto my junction box (whatever that is!)...causing the problems I was having. My car was at Copeland for 2 wks. The part was on back order. In that 2 wks. Charlie spoke with me almost daily....and sometimes more than 1 call per day. Dave MacCormick promised me they would get to the bottom on it.....and they did! Both he and Charlie kept me abreast of the status of my van. They both were very knowledgeable and professional making me feel as if I was the only customer they had. I think people in general, myself included, don't hesitate to complain when a service is not done properly. It's important to give praise when deserved. I need only say that having personnel like Stan and Steve are Copeland’s number one assets to a bright future. You should also be aware that this is the second car that I’ve purchased from Copeland in the past five years and I must say that I was very happy with the first one. I’ve also sent you at least three customers in the past five years due to my good experience with Copeland and I will send them more in the future given the chance. There are many dealerships and brands of vehicles to chose from today but I have to say that Toyota make a quality vehicle and Copeland is willing to sell and services for you like the day you bought it. I returned the following day and discovered a tire had split and was replaced under warranty, because of the type of tire\vehicle combination a 2nd tire was also replaced at no cost to me. The whole experience exceeded my expactations. Our Sienna has never been serviced anywhere but Copeland and we continue to be more than pleased with the our experience. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle Copeland will be at the top of the list. More
