I always enjoy coming to Copeland. Everyone is friendly, and the service is done as quickly, but as efficiently, as possible. I have developed a sense of confidence in the work that is done, plus in the se and the service is done as quickly, but as efficiently, as possible. I have developed a sense of confidence in the work that is done, plus in the service reps that greet me. John and all the others bend over backwards to accomodate me and my strange schedule. So, I give the Service Department my best AAA+++ due to friendliness, speed of service, honesty in pricing, and being able to stretch to make room for my weird schedule, especially when I needed to drop in without telephoning first (burned-out headlight). Also, when I'm waiting, there is always free coffee, comfortable seating, and great television. Also, I get to wander around to see what's for sale, and the Sale people are always friendly! All of this is why I have been coming back to Copeland for over 20 years. More

I have had only good experiences with Copeland Toyota. I purchased my 2006 Corolla from them in 2006--and was impressed then with their efficiency and the respectful way everyone worked with me throughout t purchased my 2006 Corolla from them in 2006--and was impressed then with their efficiency and the respectful way everyone worked with me throughout the process. They described the possibilities available--and then listened to what I wanted to buy rather than simply what they wanted to sell. The sales person checked computer inventories throughout the Boston metro area and--even though I did not believe him and had to go to many (four) of the dealerships myself--he was entirely accurate in his assessment of what vehicles were available in the Boston metro region. Since then, the service has been impeccable (even though, as some of the service reps have pointed out, my car sports a very small Detroit Tiger sticker here in Red Sox nation!!!). It's a bit pricey, relative to independent mechanics--but the service needed is completed within the time frame described. In addition, they make it very easy to schedule service appointments, both by phone and on-line. One time, a service rep went out of her way--I did not request this service--to let me know that they could let me have a loaner vehicle while the service was being completed. I have recommended Copeland Toyota to everyone interested in purchasing a Toyota product. More

Nothing else needs to be said about Copeland Toyota's Service Department. The service I received was extremely curtious and very professional. Unlike other dealerships I've been to, at Copeland Toyota, I am always greeted immediately and there is always someone there to Toyota a dozen times.
