I have dealt with this dealership for over a decade and have never had a problem with any service issues during that time. I arrived and was greeted promptly. They took my car right in. The wait wasn't long. I like to get in and get out. They didn't try and get me to do other stuff. The staff was friendly. Had the car in for factory recall, LOF, alignment and rotate and balance. Brian from Copeland's service dept. called to tell me it needed tires, but that since I had bought the car from them only a few m rotate and balance.
