I arrived and was greeted promptly. They took my car right in. The wait wasn't long. I like to get in and get out. They didn't try and get me to do other stuff. The staff was friendly. Labor costs are the killer. I end up getting my coupons after I did the service and they expire too soon before I can use them again. Maybe coupons sound last 6 months or more. More

Had the car in for factory recall, LOF, alignment and rotate and balance. Brian from Copeland's service dept. called to tell me it needed tires, but that since I had bought the car from them only a few m rotate and balance. Brian from Copeland's service dept. called to tell me it needed tires, but that since I had bought the car from them only a few months ago, they should have been replaced before it was sold. 4 new tires and alignment - all no charge. You guys went above and beyond my expectations. I'm telling all my friends. Thank you. More

Its over four years I have been visiting this garage to have my car serviced. I have not had one reason to complain or feel I am not getting the best service.
