Worst dealer I have ever used. The service department is a joke. I have had 2 friends with a total of 5 vehicles all with the same story. Bring it in for an issue, they can't find it, they proceed to fix a joke. I have had 2 friends with a total of 5 vehicles all with the same story. Bring it in for an issue, they can't find it, they proceed to fix many items under warranty that you didnt ask for and get the car back with at least one problem you are stuck with. Plan on many visits and problems. I think the root problems is that their mechanics absolutely suck. They broke off a fitting on my car that caused me hours of frustrations and no response from them. Go to another dealer, the work you get is terrible 99% of service on your car is trust and believing them, and believe me what I seen is terrible work and mistakes again and again. If you love your car don't go to Copeland. More

I've given a mixed rating of good to great because the combination of great customer service mixed with good solid work performed on my truck is what Copeland Toyota did. I was promptly greeted, checked in and provided a detailed list of the work that will done upon requesting a 45k service. The quality of work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the dealership employees were friendly throughout. I give the price a 'ok' because it is my mindset that if I am constantly bringing my vehicle back to the same dealership for service then I should be given a better price than those customers who are one stop shoppers. At the very least a loyalty discount plus coupon from the dealer would be nice for going there everytime for all my service needs. More

I've purchased three Toyota vehicles from Copeland starting in 2000 with an Avalon and I've found their sales department to be straight-forward, and if you keep your negotiation to facts avoiding the starting in 2000 with an Avalon and I've found their sales department to be straight-forward, and if you keep your negotiation to facts avoiding the bluster one sometimes sees at American car dealers you'll know what your're paying relative to the invoice price and can judge from there. In general I've found the sales department better than most. My experience with service has been a bit inconsistent. Once you know which customer support reps know the vehicles better than you do, you'll get good service because they drive the process with the repair technicians and can inform you if there's something of which you're not aware. My main problem area in terms of durability of work done has been with brakes; I'm not sure why this has been the case. There were a couple of repair cases a few years ago where I got a rep, he gave me an "explanation", and then I went back a month later, quietly got another rep, and got the problem finally repaired with no reoccurrence. There was a recent example where an issue was found and noted in the parerwork but not mentioned to me at checkout which I caught reviewing the paperwork later. I now know whom to request to get the plain truth. Once you find who's good in service you'll be well served. More

I have solely been going to Copeland Toyota for my car services since 1994! I travel from Swansea to Copeland Toyota in Brockton for all my service needs. That says it all! I currently own a 2007 R services since 1994! I travel from Swansea to Copeland Toyota in Brockton for all my service needs. That says it all! I currently own a 2007 Rav4, but, before that, I owned a 1994 Celica. The Celica is still on the road today (driven by my son), and has over 300,000 miles on it! It still runs like a charm! This is because Copeland Toyota, and them alone, serviced the Celica up until 2007! You will be greeted at the service desks by a friendly and attentive service rep. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable. As Copeland's employees walk on by, you get a smile and hello from each and every one of them. As the service technicians perform service on your vehicle, they do a general inspection, and if they find anything, the service rep discusses it with you. I feel as if they are very thorough, and the services performed are excellent. I have never had to bring my vehicle back because of a mistake or missed issue. Dave, the service manager, is absolutely wonderful. He addresses any concerns promptly and is always a gentleman. I am a very loyal customer because of the fact that I get excellent service at Copeland Toyota. I would highly recommend Copeland Toyota to any of my friends and relatives. I give two thumbs up to them! More
