The price was very competitive and actually better then the bigger dealership we dealt with. We were in and out of the dealership in a short amount of time. Their sales agents were upfront and honest about the vehicle and the pricing. It was the easiest process we’ve experienced in purchasing a vehicle. If you’re unsure where you are in the process of buying a vehicle, just researching, etc., Copeland Toyota sales do not pressure you to buy or go forward in the sale process. That decision is yours to make as the buyer. This dealership is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by this consumer. A++++ More
Just made my first visit to this dealer for a little service. Decision to try it based on feedback from this website. Very impressed; not too often do you get a good feeling when leaving a dealer. Turns out my issue is referenced by a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) (which some dealers won't admit unless you press the issue - this dealer told me right away) so I'm having a little warranty work done and parts had to be ordered. I cannot yet comment on their quality of work but their pricing on scheduled maintenance seems to be the best when I shopped around and compared. Will update with a second review once the work is done. More

I bought a 2008 Camry SE. From the time I called the dealership Steve Hurley was very helpful and sent me a very detailed email with specs on the car and clear price I would pay. When I went into the dealership I decided on a white Camry with black interior. They only had gray interior instock. They told me they could have white with black there in two to three days and they delivered on their word. The day after I bought my Camry I came out of the mall and it had been sideswiped in the rear. I nearly cried. Not knowing what to do, I called Steve. He set up an immediate appointment at a body shop, arrainged a rental through Copeland and had my car fixed in three days. Awesome service. I highly recommend calling Steve Hurley, you won't regret it. More
My first experience with Copeland Toyota was less than positive. Even with a friendly staff and very reasonable prices there was a lack of the vital essentials of customer service. From the sales consultant to the finance specialist there was something missing from their customer service skills. Crucial missing components included straightforwardness and follow through. The sales consultant kept stringing me along then didn’t even has the common courtesy of returning my telephone calls. The finance specialist assured me that my deposit would be refunded on Monday and now it is Friday and I still do not have my check. It amazes me that you go in on a Saturday and they require you to write a check for deposit and can cash it the next business day at their bank but it’s two weeks later and I still do not have my money. I seriously question the integrity of this dealership. I would definitely not recommend my family, friends or even strangers to purchase a vehicle from Copeland Toyota. More
My overall experience was great and we purchased two vehicles. During our process spent hours on research. Once we decided to switch from Chevy's to Toyota's we then began at looking at dealerships an vehicles. During our process spent hours on research. We visited a few places for test-drives and then began to inquire for price quotes via the Internet. In some cases, dealers did not get back to us at all, but in most cases the prices were comparable, but Copeland's price quotes beat all the others, including Boch. Just as important as the price, Copeland was by far more responsive, providing accurate and detailed information, and truly showed that they wanted our business. Some places we went to we felt like we were doing them a favor by being there, and were provided with insulting trade in values. At Copeland, they treated us with respect and provided competitive price quotes, as opposed to starting low with the trade in value hoping we didn't know what our trades were worth, which is what some dealerships tried. Several co-workers of mine also recommended Copeland. The rating of 4 for quality was because the paperwork/financing process was somewhat rushed. Part of that was due to the fact that is was late on President’s day, but it made us feel like we could have missed something if we weren't paying attention. I also had to ask about the 4.9% rate after being told it would be 6.25%. The Finance Manager either didn't know about the program or was trying to get me to accept a higher rate. More
I looked high and low for as new car and visited numerous dealerships. Copeland Toyota had exactly what I wanted. I drove home new Forerunner hours after I walked in the door. Of all the new cars I have purchased no experience matchs what I found at Copeland Toyota. I will refer all people here in the future. More
I went to a lot of dealerships and wish I had just went straight to Copeland. They were very sincere and asked a lot of questions to try to help me with my purchase. It was nice to spend this kind of money and not have to fight with managers and play games. The dealership is awesome! While we were waiting for the Van to be cleaned our salesman Mike Murphy reccomended we sit in the massage chairs. They managed to let us take it home the same day and even had a cafe so we could eat lunch. I have three daughters and will look forward to servicing there because I can bring my laptop and surf the web while the kids play in the playroom. Im glad I bought my van thaere and reccomend you do too! More
