We have bought many new (and a few used) cars over the past 40 years - Toyota, GM, Lexus - this was by far the best car-buying experience we have ever had. We found the vehicle we wanted on line (in Cope past 40 years - Toyota, GM, Lexus - this was by far the best car-buying experience we have ever had. We found the vehicle we wanted on line (in Copeland's inventory), called to see if it was available and asked what the price would be - (ballpark) - we drove down, they honored the price they had quoted over the phone, and then gave us a fair value for our trade - they arranged the financing and we picked up the car a few days later. No false promises, no games, no gimmicks - just straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. PS - Love our new Sienna minivan - don't miss our Lexus RX 300 at all!!! More

This time was probably the easiest experience I have ever had to purchase my latest Toyota. The salesperson was not only friendly, he went out of his way to make sure I had to do very little to get this sale complete. I highly recommend anyone (and I have had someone go purchase a vehicle from Copeland)to go there for their new Toyota. You are treated and respected by the sales staff and service department. More

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from Copeland Toyota in Brockton, MA. I was very happy with our sales person, Richard May. He was the kind of salesman that anyone would be very happy with. He was very accommodating. He even took the time to come to my place of work and pick up the car to bring it to get an inspection sticker for us. I couldn't have asked for better service from a salesperson. He anwered all of our questions without hesitation. He even called two weeks later to see if we were happy with our new purchase. I will definitely recommend him and Copeland Toyota to anyone looking for another car. More

I was a first time car buyer. Everything was going smoothly, I knew what I wanted and it was available. I bought the car in 2 hours. Everything was going well until it was time for the insurance. After 5 long hours dealing with the insurer, everything worked out. Overall, it was excellent service. Everyone was friendly and coopertive.
