My experience at Copeland Toyota was excellent from start to finish. I had shopped around online ahead of time and Copeland Toyota was the most competitive pricing wise for the Sienna minivan. Alan, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and patient walking through various options for the Sienna including finding the best way for us to finance it. Laura, the business manager, was very helpful and made sure the insurance and other paperwork went smoothly so I could take the car home with me that day. I was treated with respect and each person I dealt with was highly professional and friendly. My wife loves her new car which fits our large family perfectly and fits our budget and current gas prices as well. More

The only issues I had was that the finance person who I can not remembr by name was not prepared in a timely fashion when I went to pick up my car. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and he showed me a White Camry that I took for a ride and I knew that this was exactly what I was looking for.
