Everyone at Copeland Toyota was very helpful and friendly. Max and Tim were fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions, and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. I went to 5 dealers kicking tires and talking to people. At every other dealer I felt pressured or neglected. At Copeland Toyota I felt at home. Paul, the Internet manager surprised me by remembering all the details of the emails we exchanged. Other dealers they just remember your appointment time. My salesman Tim, true professional, never have met a nicer salesperson. He made everything that I need happen. I met Todd Copeland while I was there, I have a great deal of respect and a great opinion of business owners that are hands on. They understand it's all about the customer, and they do the best job earning business. My visit was so great that within days I sent a family member to Tim. Just like my experience I was up front about what my family member needed. True to form Copeland Toyota delivered again. No surprise! More

Had the car in for factory recall, LOF, alignment and rotate and balance. Brian from Copeland's service dept. called to tell me it needed tires, but that since I had bought the car from them only a few m rotate and balance.
