I have been very satisfied with the way my service needs have been taken care of. I find the prices somewhat high but not unreasonably so. I wish I remembered the employee's name. He was very understanding of my needs, courteous and honest about the wait time. I have had my Rav4 since 2005,when I brought it at Copeland toyota. It had 10,000 miles on it. I have driven it 65,000 miles with no problem. My service experience with them has been the best. This is my second purchase from Copeland. Tony was very knowledgable about the vehicle, very personable. He made sure that I understood everything about the truck before I left. Even the finance was great. The woman is so friendly and nice. She even remembered me from my previous purchase. When I brought my truck in to have a remote start installed, Tony was right there in service with me. When I picked my truck up, again Tony was there to make sure I was completely satisfied. The only issue I have is that I brought my car back 3 times for the same issue and each time it cost me quite a bit but the issue was never resolved. The first time I told them that what they did would n times for the same issue and each time it cost me quite a bit but the issue was never resolved. The first time I told them that what they did would not resolve the problem because I had already done that myself (it was the first thing I thought of to do and explained that since my father had been a mechanic for over 50 years I knew to do that). The second time when I brought it back they determined it was something else (don't remember now) but again, I said I thought they were wrong. By now I had already laid out over $300. "The problem was they couldn't duplicate the problem." Finally when it was having the problem, I called from the road and let them someone listen to the noise it made and he determined what it was (which is what I said from the very beginning) but I won't pay the $800.00+ unless they rebate me the other two experiments! Unfortunately this dealership is the "good" dealership in the area. I believe this could have been resolved if they had checked what I asked them to check for the first time and not guessed. More
ALWAYS Good Service - never bring the car anywhere else for service. Service is always done in a timely manner and a loaner given if possible.
