I was very pleased with my overall experience with Copeland Toyota. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used Toyota. I had called them and spoken with Steve Hurley looking for what they would give me for my trade after having a terrible experience with another dealership. He was able to check with their appraisers and give me a rough estimate of what they could give me for my trade, sign unseen. I went in, they had exactly what I had wanted, certified with low miles, they gave me more than what I had expected for my trade and also took money off of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was given the salesperson Sean to assist me. He was very pleasant and professional. I bought the vehicle with them. The overall process was done in about an hour, from test drive to paperwork. This is my second Toyota, and first I had purchased with them. When it comes time some day to by another Toyota, I will certainly head to Copeland again. More

Nothing else needs to be said about Copeland Toyota's Service Department. The service I received was extremely curtious and very professional. And if you don't know it, that's a good thing. I beleive Toyota is an great vehicle, but every vehicle needs to be serviced. Unlike other dealerships I've been to, at Copeland Toyota, I am always greeted immediately and there is always someone there to Toyota a dozen times. I recommend Copeland to everyone who mentions considering a car -- and when I start to think about purchasing a new car, staying with Copeland is one of the reason (in addition to reliability... but there are other manufacturers who also have a reliable product) that I think of staying with Toyota.... but if you don't continue to have a convertible, I'm not sure what I'll do.
