Copeland Toyota gave the best real price in response to my email inquiries - no hidden extra fees, no use of rebates that I don't actually qualify for, everything literally in black and white. I have Dealt with other dealers and happened to find Copeland on this site. I needed a timing belt and decided to do the water pump as well. The service manager asked one of his techs if the pump was Copeland on this site. I needed a timing belt and decided to do the water pump as well. The service manager asked one of his techs if the pump was checked to see if it was leaking and if it even needed to be replaced. I have never experienced this. Usually, it goes like this..."Yeah you should get it done as well as this, this and this." They were the most inexpensive of the five dealers I called. They did not "recommend" any other items I should have fix. There was no pressure. They honored a competitors coupon discounting the final price by ten percent. I made the appointment, they fixed my car. The whole experience was concluded with a handshake and a "Have a good day.". Having dealt with terrible service I immediately wanted to point out good service. I will continue to bring my car here for service and will seriously consider Copeland when it is time to purchase a new car. Pleasant, professional people who apparently know that the customer still is important. More

When I arrived at the lot to take a test drive, they had all the information ready, no surprise nor number game going back and forth behind the wall. Everything was clear. Both my sales man and the finance advisor gave me enough time to search my finance options to choose. I ended up getting financed from them as they also offered a good rate in my favor. They blew all the negative images of car dealerships I had had in the past. Thank you Copeland for the most hassle-free and the best car purchase experience. More

Internet comparisons and pricing is , for me , the most efficient way to go when purchasing a car. Stephen Hurley e-mailed all itemized information about the car with no haggle pricing. Brian followed up nicely in Stephen's absesce. Compared to all other dealers' quotes, Copeland came out on top. When competitors sent me their on-line quotes, I copied and pasted Copeland's quote to ask if they could match or beat the price. Their response was "good luck,you got a great deal." Accompanying great pricing was the professionalism and no-pressure approach of the salespeople. My daughter and I worked with Tony Fontes,a nice guy who finalized the sale with a good deal. All the salespeople appeared like good guys; the managers are usually the ones to watch out for; however, they too were great as evidenced by Jay. See ya soon! More

One thing that may not be a bad idea with the new 2009 tacoma's is to explain the xm ready radio and on the tacomas, even my 2007 the FM antenna generally is loose and requires thread lock to keep it in place. I have found blogs regarding both items. I am not dissapointed at all and I am not complaining, just wanted to make these items known. Thanks Eric More
