Jason, Hello again, no....the sales team and everyone on that side of the building was no help. I am not surprised actually. A team, or company of people follow the leadership of their owners. After speaking to Jim Egan and seeing that he didn't give a crap at all about my concerns and actually used the words "I don't see that we did anything wrong". Well, his lack of caring permeates through the entire dealership. Typical car sales, when I was looking to buy , they treat you like gold. Once sold....see ya later. You however should be proud of yourself, you seem to be the only one there who actually seems to be doing your job. But in this case you weren't able to help me. I am still not happy with my car, think it is a cheap piece of shit. Some of the buttons freeze on me, that noise in the rotors drives me crazy. The USB port for the ipod is very sensitive and if it gets touched while in use the ipod shuts off until I re-set it by turning the car on and off. Plus other stuff that I won't bother getting into in this email. YOu can always call me instead of trading all these emails. cell is 339-927-0724, I use that only at work, which is were I am heading now. That number is good from 10am until 2pm each day. Jason, Just a last note, since I think they are done with me there. My disappointment with Shazad, Carlos and Jim Egan is going to be all over the place online. I will be creating accounts on every site I can to spread the word. My last phone call from Shazad was a total joke, he embarrassed himself. So the online onslaught is going to continue, including a dedicated website I will be creating so when people google Copeland, they will see it. I have done this before to a furniture store that screwed up big time, and will do it again. Thanks for your help, but the others there stink to put it mildly.

we have a different opinion of the matter, you are not the one who is angry and frustrated, I am. There are plenty of places to post reviews, finding more every day and using them. Shazad made things waaay worse on his last phone call. Thanks for trying, but you are not the problem there, other people are the problem, and the word is spreading fast.
