I had a remote starter installed. Had to bring it back because I could not get it to work. Mike greated me as soon as I arrived. I went to purchase a newer car. On our test drive I asked for a used car review to determend how the car was used,since it had 15k on it. The sales person beat around the bush. Well at the closing it was revealed that the car had been a rental car. That was not indicated on the sales slip we had but when we saw the final paper work it was marked off. I had felt that this dealer was a cut above but I found that this was not true or honest. They are just part of the pack. More
I guess you could call me a loyal customer as I have a 2000 Toyota Camry bought at Copeland Toyota on Main St and still running just fine. We were out JUST looking for a newer car and the salesman appoached us asked us if we needed any help and we said No just looking so he left us alone. We walked around the lot and Freddie Rodriguez came up and we said we were just looking and he said "no problem but let me show the the layout of the lot so you know where to look" and he left us alone for a bit. But when we stopped and looked at a vehicle Freddie came and said something briefly about the car and backed off. After looking at a few we decided to test drive and Freddie was right there. We drove a Venza, Rav4 and an Avalon which were all wonderful but Freddie talked to us felt us out heard us and showed us a Camry which was the car we really didn't want but we were opened to anything. Freddie told us of the great deal, great incentives and we were sold!! Did I say we never test drove the car?? We didn't we were so impressed with what Freddie had to say about it and that "he would buy this car" so we sat talked money. Freddie gave the pros and cons of all the cars we test drove as he listened to us talk at each test drive. One of us is 6'2 and the other is 5'2 so leg room was important and he heard us! He knew a camry was right for us! Freddie is a great salesman because he listened to us and sold us a car that we should have! We drove off the lot with a 2011 Camry with all the bells and whistles for the best price for us!! We are very happy and will be back in a year or two for another vehicle and hopefully Freddie will still be there. Thank you Freddie!! Thank you Copeland Toyota! More

I have dealt with this dealership for over a decade and have never had a problem with any service issues during that time. My salesperson Franco did an excellent job. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I told him that I wanted to find out what I could get for my trade in and he did. I told him I would be back in two days with my husband to help me decide which vehicle I should purchase. He did not pressure me to leave a down payment, but just told me his day off was friday so if I wanted to make an appointment for thursday it would be great. I came in feeling sick from some kind of virus but I was determined to purchase my vehicle. The entire staff was so friendly that it made the overall experience thoroughly enjoyable even though I felt miserable. I am happy to tell you that Franco is an asset to your dealership due to his intelligence and honesty. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced with you as well. More

In 2008 I purchased my first Toyota, a Corolla with a standard.I averaged 250 miles a week and got great millage and reliability. In January of 2010, I moved to Cape Cod and more than doubled my weekly commute. Still loved the car,but developed a problem with my left knee and found it dificult to shift the Corolla. So, I purchased a Camery with an automatic and found it very comfortable and knee friendly. It wasn't as good on gas,but a joy to drive. So, when gas started to climb I decided it was time to take action. After a little reseach and talking with a fellow worker,who also drives up from the cape in his six month old Prius,I decided it was time to purchase one of my own. When I entered your showroom, it was only a matter of which model to purchase. Rob Curry did a great job in showing me what you had and explaining the various options in each model.I love the new Prius and thank Rob for all his help. Everything he descrided about the car was true and at 51.3 MPG who can complain. Let me know when the 100MPG model is ready and I might consider one More
