I have solely been going to Copeland Toyota for my car services since 1994! I travel from Swansea to Copeland Toyota in Brockton for all my service needs. That says it all! I currently own a 2007 Rav4, but, before that, I owned a 1994 Celica. The Celica is still on the road today (driven by my son), and has over 300,000 miles on it! It still runs like a charm! This is because Copeland Toyota, and them alone, serviced the Celica up until 2007! You will be greeted at the service desks by a friendly and attentive service rep. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable. As Copeland's employees walk on by, you get a smile and hello from each and every one of them. As the service technicians perform service on your vehicle, they do a general inspection, and if they find anything, the service rep discusses it with you. I feel as if they are very thorough, and the services performed are excellent. I have never had to bring my vehicle back because of a mistake or missed issue. Dave, the service manager, is absolutely wonderful. He addresses any concerns promptly and is always a gentleman. I am a very loyal customer because of the fact that I get excellent service at Copeland Toyota. I would highly recommend Copeland Toyota to any of my friends and relatives. I give two thumbs up to them! More
Very happy with Copeland will most likely copmtinue service there even with the increase in cost. Will be looking at new cars shortly and yes Copeland is a first stop.... maybe the new dealer accross t service there even with the increase in cost. Franco and the rest of the sales team made our car buying experince a pleasure. I visited the dealership several years ago just to get some info. Service department personnel are very friendly and service is quick and exactly as promised. Salesman was able to answer any questions I had when I purchased my Prius and follows up periodically. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know , I was treated in a professional manner , there wer no games played regarding price of the car etc. I had gone to other dealers prior to Copeland and my was treated in a professional manner , there wer no games played regarding price of the car etc. I had gone to other dealers prior to Copeland and my experience at McGee and Express-way were horrendous. I would not go back to McGee or Expressway ever. I would recommend Toyota Headquaters send someone out to these dealerships and see the games they play- More

I had been thinking of a new car for awhile but, didn't knew which dealer to go to when my sister recommended Copeland and Tony Petti I made an appointment and was a happy person that my experience was knew which dealer to go to when my sister recommended Copeland and Tony Petti I made an appointment and was a happy person that my experience was better than the last dealership I went to 11 years ago. Tony had all the answers to my questions and also gave me a great tour of the dealership and introduce me to everyone (Hope I remember them all). I also meet with the finance person and she was also very helpful (Linda?). On the day of pick-up Tony was running alittle late but Carlos stepped right in he had all the information and took good care of me the car was ready to take and Tony came back went over everything on the car and what it does. I was so happy with the service I received from everyone that was involved with the car. I haven't used the service department yet but if they are as good or better I'm all set. It also was great to see the owner of Copeland out and about on the floor and talking to customers and his salespeople. Once I purchased the car the service department said it will go right to a secure area until pick-up. I will give their to anyone that asks. More

I like the dealership, service managers and quality of work. However, paying almost $45 for an oil change and filter is a little bit over the top. When the recommended oil change interval was 3000 miles work. However, paying almost $45 for an oil change and filter is a little bit over the top. When the recommended oil change interval was 3000 miles you were charging half the price for this service. Now that the recommended interval has been increased to 5000 miles you have almost doubled the price for the same service. Is this price increase to make up for the fact that now the car will only need 3 oil changes every 15,000 miles as opposed to 5? More
