His charisma, His honesty and His patience kept my attention.Despite the fact it was getting late yet He created a comfortable environment so that at the end of the final deal, I can be please with the choice I made. Certainly, He did make me feel very happy. He took quality time to explain in great details everything in regard to the car. He is very explicite and knowledgeable about the car. The following day, He spent quality time to go over each books and brochure. He making sure that I understood the essential before driving the car home. That is very important not only to me but for every customers who wants to purchase a car. My search for a new car was resulting in one frustration after another. I had been to another dealer in Hanover and was flat out insulted by the shenanigans and sales nonsense that I was encountering. Tha after another. I was given a solid price quote on-line with a thorough explanation as to how that quote was prepared. There was nothing hidden about it. Once at the dealership, I met with Tim McDermott. We took a test drive and after discussing the vehicle and the possible transaction thoroughly, I bought the vehicle. Tim was 100% professional and I found the experience to be a terrific one. He took extraordinary time to answer all of my questions and show me everything involved with the vehicle. I would highly recommend Copeland and Tim to anybody interested in a non-nonsense and pleasant car buying experience. More

This is the 4th car I have purchased from Copeland. I have bought or leased a 2002 Nissan Maxima, 2006 4Runner, 2009 Camry, and 2012 Highlander. He is a good sales person because he would periodically call to remind me to get an oil change or inspection sticker. Sam is a good desk manager to work with because he doesn't give the run-around. In my recent deal, Sam gave me comparisons between leasing a 2012 versus a 2013 Highlander. This helped me make an informed decision on which vehicle to get. It turned out that the 2012 Highlander Limited with navigation would cost less than than a 2013 Highland Plus with no navigation. Overall, from sales to finance everything went smoothly. More
