I walked into Copeland Toyota hoping for a great experience- from what I had heard, everyone there was professional and kind and would treat me well. What I took from there was quite the opposite. At first, Bob Curry seemed kind when my friend and I were first introduced to him. He took the time to listen to me as I explained to him my financial situation and that I was not in the position to buy a new car, that I had to look into a used vehicle. He listened to us and seemed to understand just what I wanted- he even showed me a beautiful used Corrolla. After just a half hour I sensed he was starting to not be so kind. He was especially unkind when I introduced the idea that my Uncle would be helping me (via the phone, because he does not live close), because has extensive knowledge of cars having owned his own dealership. Long story short, his manner changed, he was no longer polite or kind, and plain rude. I am SO happy to say I will be leasing a vehicle from another Toyota dealership with much much friendlier service. I'll be sure to let Bob Curry know we got the deal he told my Uncle we never would. He met with us and went over the whole car including syncing my husband cell phone with bluetooth and going thru the navigation. He only went thru things that had changed since our 2008 highlander model. Laura Williams went thru our paperwork with us and was extremely friendly and efficient. I did not think the process could be that simple after what I have been through and I ended up getting a used car I absolutely love for around the price I wanted. I was iffy about buying used, but Dietrich made sure to find me all the details that it was only a 2 year lease and perfect condition- all honesty. I didn't spend a whole day there either, and after being 0-12 at other dealers, I did not want to spend more time than needed. I was referred to Copland Toyota of Brockton and I had a completely different experience. I met with Mr. John Goncalves who listened to my needs and basically narrowed down to the car that perfectly suited my family and I (a Sienna). He let me take the car home to show my wife who immediately fell in love. I went back the same day where I met with Mr. Shahzad Shahab, who with john and I, worked out a price that fit perfect in my budget. I also met with Mrs. Laura Williams who helped with financing of my new vehicle. Everything was effortless and painless. The service adviser, Dan Braceros, was most helpful detailing the cars service history since it was a used vehicle. He also took the time with my wife to explain all of her 1000 questions. I then dealt with Max Reed on finalizing my deal including the appraisal of my trade. Max was very knowledgable and gave me a great price for my trade! Max got me into the car that I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! And finally, Freddie! He explained the entire car to me along with setting up my cell phone on the bluetoooth. Freddie also took the time to activate my Toyota Roadside Assistance. Freddie was very knowledgable as well. Freddie even asked that I keep in touch with him after the sale and said he woudl be more than happy to set up my service appointments for me!
