A few days before Christmas, my mother was slammed on her way to work by a hit and run driver who blew through a red light at an intersection. Mok. He was very friendly and kind. When we found a car she was interested in, he was very patient with us, answered all our questions, and more importantly, didn't put any pressure on us to buy. The test drive went well, we negotiated a price, and he made the sale. The day she picked up the car after work, he even went out of his way to help her out by following her to drop off her car rental before they closed. Then he drove her back to the dealership to make the final arrangements to buy the vehicle. She is very happy with the car.
